Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that all credit card purchases incur a 3% processing fee. We also accept Zelle. We do not accept checks or cash.

Q: What is your policy on returns?

A: All sales are final, so we encourage you to thoroughly inspect your items before completing your purchase.​​

Q: Are children allowed at the event?

A: Children are welcome when the event is open. However, during set-up and tear down, the event is child-free, with the exception of nursing infants and children aged 12 and older.

Q: Do you provide shopping carts or bags?

A: We have a limited number of bags available for use while shopping. We highly encourage you to bring your own shopping bag or basket.​

Q: Can you hold items for me?

A: We do not offer item holds due to the limited duration of our sales event.

Q: What should I do if I decide not to purchase an item while shopping or at checkout?

A: We provide designated return racks for items you decide not to purchase. This ensures that the items are returned to their proper place for other shoppers to find.
