Consign Clothing hosts consignment events to support local community organizations through a turnkey service that’s both professional and friendly. Our mission is to create environmentally sustainable and fun events that raise funds for community organizations and provide an engaging platform for people to shop and sell clothing.
For DIY Consignors:
Consignment Sale Drop-Off Instructions

Drop-Off Date: February 21, 2025 at the SQMS Gym

Step 1: Prepare Your Items

Log in to access your account.

Add all of your inventory online with a description and price. Decide if you will be donating unsold items or picking them up after the sale. Check the appropriate box.

Once you are done adding your inventory online, print your price tags on cardstock and use a tagging gun or safety pins to attach tags to clothing items.

Ensure all your items are tagged with the correct consignor ID number, price, and description. Tags must be securely attached and meet the following criteria:

Printed on cardstock (not regular paper).

Tags must be clear and legible.

Make sure all clothing is on a hanger. You won't be getting your hangers back for items that sell.

Sort your items by category (e.g., clothing, toys, accessories) to speed up the drop-off process.
Step 2: Arrive at the Venue

Location: SQMS Gym
-
Date & Time: Friday, February 21, 2025, at the appointment time you selected during registration.
Step 3: Check In

Head to the Consignor Check-In Table upon arrival.

Provide your consignor ID number for verification.

A volunteer will review your items for compliance with sale guidelines.

Note: Any untagged, damaged, or non-compliant items will not be accepted.

Step 4: Place Items in the Designated Areas

After your items are reviewed, you will be directed to the appropriate section for each category.

Place your items on the racks or tables as instructed by consignment helpers.
Step 5: Finalize

Once all your items are set up, confirm your drop-off is complete with a consignment helper.

For VIP Tagging Service Participants
Drop-Off Deadline: No later than February 11, 2025
Designated Drop-Off Dates and Times: You will need to choose a specific Drop off Date and Time when you log in.
Important Note: VIP spots are limited. Once all spots are filled, no additional VIP consignors can be accepted.

Step 1: Register for VIP Tagging

Once registered, you will need to choose a drop off date and time from the VIP options only. You must choose a date and time no later than February 11th.

Step 2: Prepare Your Items

Ensure all items are clean, in good condition, and sorted by category (e.g., clothing, toys, accessories).

No need to tag your items! Our VIP team will handle tagging for you.
Step 3: Arrive at the Venue

Location: SQMS Gym
-
Date & Time: The designated time you scheduled online prior to February 11, 2025.
Step 4: Drop Off Your Items

Check in at the VIP Drop-Off Table in the gym on the date and time that you reserved.

Provide your consignor ID number for verification.

Hand off your items to the VIP team, who will handle sorting, tagging, and organizing.

Payment is required at that time. VIP payment can be made via Zelle, Cash or Credit card.
Step 5: Confirmation​

You can log in to view your item inventory closer to the sale date.

Reminders for All Consignors

Late drop-offs cannot be accepted. Please ensure you arrive on time.

All items must comply with sale guidelines. No Ripped, Stained, Pilled or damaged items will be accepted.
