Pick-Up Instructions for Consignors (both DIY and VIP)

If you have chosen to pick up your unsold items after the sale, this page is for you.

Step 1: Check Your Account

1. Log in using the credentials you created when you registered as a consignor.

2. Navigate to the "Sales Summary" section to review your sold and unsold items.

3. Print or download a copy of your Unsold Items Report (optional but recommended) to help verify your inventory during pick-up.

 

Step 2: Arrive at the Venue with your bags or containers to pick up your unsold inventory

• Saturday, February 22nd at the time you reserved online.

• Please arrive during your scheduled pick-up window to ensure smooth operations.  What? You didn't schedule a pick-up appointment? No worries, just click below:

Step 3: Find the cashier stations

1. Check in at any open cashier station.

2. Provide your consignor ID number for quick identification.

3. Volunteers will direct you to the area where your unsold items are sorted and ready for pick up.

 

Step 4: Gather Your Items

1. Your unsold items will be organized by consignor number. Look for the section marked with your consignor ID.

2. Double-check that all your items are present. Use your Unsold Items Report if needed.

3. Volunteers will be available to assist you in locating any missing items.

 

Step 5: Finalize and Exit

1. Bring all your items to the cashier table for final confirmation.

2. Donation Option: If you opted to donate certain unsold items during registration, those items will have already been set aside.

   • If you change your mind about donations, notify a volunteer before leaving.

3. Once verified, you are free to exit. A receipt for your donated items will be available on your account within 48 hours.

 

Helpful Reminders:

• Bring your own bags, boxes, or bins to transport unsold items.

• Check your consignor ID section thoroughly to ensure no items are left behind.

• For any discrepancies or questions, ask a volunteer for assistance.​
