Here's how it works for Consignors:​​​​​

​Becoming a consignor with Consign Clothing is easy and rewarding. There are 2 ways you can participate in our consignment events. 

 

DIY: where YOU price, tag and hang your clothing. You receive 40% of whatever sells.

or

VIP: Where you pay a small fee for us to price, tag and hang your items. You receive 30% of whatever sells.

If you want to consign, the first step for both DIY or VIP, is to register online. ​

The next step is to decide if you want to price and prep your items yourself, or if you don't have time or just don't want to do it yourself, just register, then choose a VIP appointment to check in and drop off your inventory with us at the gym at your specific appointment time.  With the VIP Program, just drop off your items and collect a check for whatever sells! We do all the work.

If you want to price and prep your items yourself (DIY), here is an overview of what to expect after you register and choose your inventory drop off appointment time:

​​​1. Describe Your Items: Log in whenever you want and enter a short description and price for each item or piece of clothing.

​

2. Prepare Your Items: Print price tags from our website on cardstock (NOT regular paper. It needs to be thicker so the barcode readers can read them at checkout), attach them to your clothing and place each item on a hanger.  (You MUST use our system to print your price tags so we can track earnings for you and your host organization via our barcodes.)

 

3. Drop Off: Bring your items to the Gym on February 21st at the scheduled appointment time that you chose. (You need to pre-register and choose a drop off time between 1:30-5:30pm)

 

 

 

 

Fees: SQMS PTO is covering registration fees for you!

 

Benefits: 

• Consignors earn 40% of the proceeds from their sales. (30% for VIP)

Here's how it works for host organizations

 

Partnering with Consign Clothing is a seamless process that brings numerous benefits to your organization. Whether you're a PTO, PTA, nonprofit, or for-profit entity with a venue and volunteers to help with your event, our service is designed to maximize your fundraising potential with minimal hassle.

 

Getting Started: First fill out the online form below to express your interest.

​We will contact you to answer any questions you have, and chat more about your event.  If you have a date in mind, we can check availability and take it from there.

Benefits: Your organization earns 30% of all sales. Individual consignors receive 40% of their proceeds.

 

How much does Consign Clothing charge?

Consign Clothing handles all event logistics, organizing all details, provides the software platform, all equipment, and an event manager to run the event and train your volunteers. We require a $600 non refundable upfront fee to secure your date plus 30% of sales for our services.

 

Additional Revenue Opportunities: We encourage you to secure event sponsors for banners, signage, and more to increase revenue for your organization.

 

What do we require from the hosting organization?

You will need to provide a spacious venue such as a gymnasium, ballroom, or large meeting area for the duration of the sale as well as access the day before for set-up and the day after for close-down. You will also need to ensure volunteers are available throughout the event. You will need at least 15 volunteers for the duration of your event.  The volunteers can be broken down into shifts, and we will train them.
